Due to the nature of our business for most transactions, all sales are final. Once an item leaves the shop (seeds, glassware, vaporizers, scales, accessories) we cannot take it back because we cannot resell the returned merchandise in most cases.
An exception to this policy is if you get the wrong sized downstem or bowl. As long as the bowl or downstem is unused and still clean, and you have the receipt from your purchase, we are able to exchange for the downstem or bowl for the correct size to fit your piece.
We understand our sales policy is strict, and we want to make sure you are comfortable making purchase decisions, so we have opened up a lounge and cannabis testing facility upstairs. You can go, try different glassware and vaporizers and make an informed decision about what you are purchasing--no second-guessing. You can try before you buy!

Most of the seeds on our site are feminized. If there is no (R) or (A) after the strain name listed, it is feminized. If you are purchasing a pack of feminized seeds, 100% of the seeds in the pack will be feminized.
If you notice a strain that has an (R) listed, that is a regular, non-feminized seed. These seeds are as nature intended--which means it's safe to assume 50% are male, 50% are female.
If you notice a strain that has (A) listed, that is an autoflowering feminized seed. If you notice a strain with (A) (R) that is an autoflowering regular seed (which are fairly uncommon).
If you want to pull up all the autos or all the regulars in one place, you can also search (A) or (R).

We tend to avoid shipping glass and vapes for a couple reasons, but most importantly because all sales are final and we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. In our experience pictures or opinions don't ever do the piece justice, and you really have to see it in person. We even have a lounge for you to try different glass pieces and vapes just to be sure you will be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Plus, as great as Canada Post is most of the time, we just can't guarantee that there wont be breakage in the mail.

You can definitely pick up your order at 420 Kingston! Just select the pick up option from the drop down at check out, send payment, and we will have your order ready for you here!

2) Create a Payee Profile for us, we recommend using the name Quincy Harold at orders@420kingston.com
3) If it asks you at this step to create a password, make it your last name (all lower case, please!) When you order with us, your password will always be your last name.
4) Save our profile.
5) Once you have your total for your order, you will be able to choose us from your list of saved payees.
6) Send us the total amount (as long as payment is received by 4:20 Monday-Friday your order will ship the same day).
7) It may ask you to create a security question--this can be anything you want, but make sure the password is your last name.
8) We receive a notification that you have sent us a transfer.

It's super easy to pay with cash! After you complete your order online you will be sent a confirmation email with your order number. Just write down your order number on a piece of paper or birthday card, and fold the cash/money order up into it. Please remember to tape down loose change so it doesn't jingle in the mail.

When you search using the magnifying glass you will also pull up brief strain descriptions. When you search using a search field in the footer and sidebars you will pull up all the results with no brief descriptions.
When you search a strain at 420kingston.com, that strain will come up along with any other strain that also has your searched strain in the genetics.
So, if you search White Widow, for example, all the White Widows from every company will come up, but so will anything that listed White Widow (like Bubba Kush (A), which uses White Widow (A)).
We like these interactive search options because the website automatically makes suggestions that are similar to what you are searching for, just like if you were in the shop!

We ship all packages from our head corporation 2279641 Ontario Ltd. in a plain, bubble-wrap mailer or box (depending on the size of the order). We have not lost a single package yet!
As long as payment is received by 4:20 PM Monday to Friday your order will ship in the same day. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.
