For In-Store Purchases:
Due to the nature of our business for most transactions, all sales are final.
Once an item leaves the shop (glassware, vaporizers, scales, accessories) we cannot take it back because we cannot resell the returned merchandise in most cases. Our staff will have you inspect the glass before we wrap it up.
An exception to this policy is if you get the wrong sized downstem or bowl. As long as the bowl or downstem is unused and still clean, and you have the receipt from your purchase, we are able to exchange for the downstem or bowl for the correct size to fit your piece. (Exchanges are available for same day, in store purchases only).
For Online Orders:
WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY:
If your order arrives and there is damage in some way to the merchandise, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can find a suitable resolution and rectify the issue. We cannot consider any claims after the 24-hour window post-delivery.
We understand our sales policy is strict, and we want to make sure you are comfortable making purchase decisions. We ensure our staff are familiar with, and have used all products we carry. They are comfortable answering any and all questions.
